What was it like before you came to see us?
 
I've had my share of back problems over the decades, and for a long time I was pain free. Late last year the pain came back with a vengeance. Finally when the pain became too much and I could hardly climb the stairs I knew I had to do something.
 
How is it now?
 
I was recommended to Dr. Gucciardo and thank God for him. I've been seeing Doc twice a week for the past few months and now I've graduated to one visit every other week. To say that I'm feeling better is an understatement. I'm walking straighter, can climb my stairs with much more ease ... But what's just as important is the sincere and personal care of the doctor and his staff. Their warm smiles and hugs have helped with my recovery process. What was it like before you came to see us?
 
I had white splotches all over the face, had stopped menstruating regularly, and had intense hot flashes for many years that started in my late 30's. I had trouble loosing weight despite my health conscious lifestyle. Medical doctors told are splotches were due to normal hormonal changes, or a mild autoimmune disorder.
 
How is it now?
 
At 47 years if age now I have started menstruating normally!! My splotches on my face are gone and I have lost weight. Radical nutritional changes under the nutrition program are worth it in the long run. At first I experienced tiredness and "blah," but after a week or two the changes became more evident. What was it like before you came to see us?
 
Before coming to your office and receiving laser treatment I had great difficulty walking. My left knee was in terrible pain. It started with a fall a few month earlier but it was not getting better. I didn't want knee replacement surgery but I didn't want to spend the rest of my life walking in pain. Then I saw the ad for laser treatment and figured I had nothing to loose so I called for an appointment.
 
How is it now?
 
The initial consultation went smoothly and I had a series of laser treatments. At first I was skeptic. The laser treatments were quick and painless. After 3-4 treatments I could feel improvement. The pain became less and less each week. After a few weeks I was mostly pain free and was able to stop using a cane. Next month I have a new granddaughter on the way and I look forward to being an agile, mobile, and pain free grandmother!

Dr. Gucciardo was born and raised in Queens, NY. He attended Archbishop Molloy Highschool where he played baseball and then went to Pace University in Pleasantville, New York to continue playing baseball at the Division 1 level and graduated from The Lubin School of Business with a BBA degree. In early childhood he had watched his brother receive chiropractic care from a local chiropractor because he was diagnosed with scoliosis in his early teen years. While receiving care, his brother also had other health benefits that amazed Dr. Gucciardo. Then one day while playing basketball at age 11, Dr. Gucciardo fell and injured his hip and lower back. He was checked out by the same chiropractor his brother was receiving care from. Some adjustments were made and things improved.
